It is super easy to use and so many foods are already in their system, and it is easy to add your own meals and figure out the caloric content in them. So apparently there was a study done that found if you eat breakfast before you workout that it can actually cause weight gain. They suggest to eat after your workout to minimize weight loss and maximize recovery. Just thought it might be interesting…
